Miscarriage and Breastmilk Supply

Hello everyone x Looking for some advice please. I was 10 weeks along in an unexpected pregnancy however am currently having a miscarriage. I also have an 8 month old who was exclusively breastfed, however doctors advised that the pregnancy hormones likely have tanked my supply and so I had to start supplementing with formula here and there. Now that I'm going through a miscarriage, does anyone know if I can expect any further changes to my milk supply? I've found that I had to supplement with formula more the past 2 days to keep baby happy and satisfied, which is when my miscarriage started. Appreciate any help, thank you xx
